As co-founder of South Africa's very first wrap eatery, John Curtis was integral in the formulation of its brand, which developed a cult status towards the close of last century in Cape Town. Naked Wraps became synonymous with good, healthy food on the go - or 'Good Food, Fast' as its tag-line promised. In three years it grew from its flagship 'Naked on Kloof' store to incorporate 'Naked on the Square' and 'Naked in the Shack'.

John directed the interior design of each of the shops, the original logo design, and all related marketing material. He also innovated a successful guerilla advertising campaign which piggybacked on the popular campaigns of Naked's competitors, Nando's.

After selling Naked Wraps, John and Michelle worked with the new owners to create a logo reflecting the changes that they envisioned for the brand.
